Terms of Service and Sale

Drafte allows visual creators (graphic designers, illustrators, photographers, etc.) to upload their creations, protect them with a watermark, set a price, and then sell a download link to the end client.
2. General Operation
Protected files are visible to clients via a preview link.
Download of the original file without watermark is available after secure payment via Stripe.
3. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. The website does not store any banking data.
A commission is charged on each sale, according to the terms indicated in the user area.
4. Refunds
Once the file has been downloaded, no refund will be possible.
In case of a corrupted or inaccessible file, the buyer may contact support.
5. Platform Role
Drafte acts as a technical intermediary between sellers and buyers.
Each creator is responsible for the content they publish and sell.
6. Prohibited Content
Prohibited content includes: illegal, defamatory, hateful, violent, or non-compliant content with French legislation.
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in case of non-compliance with these terms.
8. Visual Protection
Uploaded visuals are protected by a watermark visible in the preview version.
This measure limits unauthorized reuse, but is not an absolute security.
The website cannot be held responsible in case of circumvention or fraudulent recovery.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the publisher's place of residence.
10. Service Status
The website is currently operated on an experimental basis by an individual.
The service may be interrupted at any time without notice.
